No. BELIFE products use a gentle formula and do not contain stimulant laxative ingredients. It will not cause diarrhea, stomach cramps, or frequent urges to use the toilet.
The product mainly helps stimulate natural bowel movement, promotes smooth digestion, and allows the body to expel waste more easily, rather than forcing elimination through stimulation.
2. Are there any side effects?
BELIFE products adhere to 0 laxatives, 0 chemical additives, and 0 hormones.
It does not contain any weight-loss drug ingredients and will not cause rapid heartbeat, numbness in hands and feet, insomnia, or other discomfort. The product is a gentle daily conditioning formula and is safe for long-term consumption.
3. Recommended consumption method
Add 1 sachet into approximately 150–300ml of cold water or room temperature water and mix well.
It is recommended to drink it on an empty stomach in the morning after waking up, or before going to bed at night.
